Welcome to Indo Global Trade ("IGT", "Platform", "we", "us"). By registering, accessing, or using our Crypto & Forex Fund Management platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Deposit & Withdrawal in BEP20 Only — All deposits and withdrawals must be made using USDT on the BEP20 (BSC) network only. Transactions sent via other networks may be lost and cannot be recovered.
2. Withdrawal Only on Wednesday — Withdrawal requests are processed on Wednesday only, subject to KYC approval and platform limits (up to 4 withdrawals per month unless otherwise stated).
3. Minimum Withdrawal $15 — The minimum withdrawal amount is 15 USDT. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4. Level Open Condition — 1 Level = 1 Direct Referral. To unlock each level income tier, you must have the corresponding number of qualified direct referrals with active investments.

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
• Registration requires a valid Sponsor ID and email OTP verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• One person may hold only one active member account unless explicitly approved by IGT administration.
• All information provided during registration and KYC must be accurate and current.

• Investment packages define monthly return plans (typically 8%, 10%, 12%, 14% by tier).
• Returns are credited daily to your income wallet at monthly rate ÷ 30.
• Maximum return cap is 200% of your invested amount per active investment, unless otherwise configured by admin.
• Package activation requires sufficient wallet balance from an approved BEP20 deposit.
• IGT reserves the right to adjust plan parameters with reasonable notice where permitted by law.

IGT offers six income streams: ROI, Referral (one-time), Level Income (20 levels), Matching Income (50/50 binary), Rank & Rewards, and Club Bonus. Specific percentages, volumes, and eligibility criteria are published on the Income Plan page and may be updated by administration in line with the business plan.

• Referral income: L1 = 4%, L2–L5 = 1% each (8% total, one-time).
• Matching income requires minimum $1,000 active self top-up.
• Rank rewards use 60% strong leg / 40% other leg volume thresholds.

• Deposits must be submitted with correct transaction hash and BEP20 network selection.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC and registered BEP20 payout address.
• Processing times may vary; IGT is not liable for blockchain network delays.
• Administrative fees, if any, will be displayed before you confirm a withdrawal.

• Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or circular referral structures.
• Money laundering, fraud, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Attempting to manipulate matching, rank, or income calculations.
• Automated scraping, hacking, or unauthorized access to the platform.
• Promoting the platform with false or misleading return guarantees.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending payouts, and legal action.

IGT may require identity verification (KYC) before enabling withdrawals or higher transaction limits. You agree to provide requested documentation and cooperate with anti-money-laundering (AML) checks as required by applicable law.

Forex and cryptocurrency markets are volatile. Fund management strategies cannot eliminate risk entirely. Returns shown on the website represent plan configuration — not a guarantee of profit. You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGT and its officers, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, market movements, network failures, or third-party service interruptions.

IGT may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account closure through support; outstanding obligations and eligible balances will be handled per platform policy and applicable law.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or registered email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
